Adrenaline Sports Management and Lake Carroll Association proudly present the 2010 Lake Carroll Triathlon on Sunday, September 19 at 9:00 AM. This USA Triathlon sanctioned event will guide athletes through the scenic landscapes surrounding the 640 acre lake in Lake Carroll, IL.

750m/ 0.5mi Swim, 20km/ 12.4mi Bike, 5km/ 3.1mi Run
OLYMPIC standard distances of this course are:
1.5m/ 0.93 Swim, 40km/ 24.8mi Bike, 10km/ 6.2mi Run
